The training plan and nutrition guide are fully customized based on your goal, following a detailed information collection through an initial questionnaire, as well as analysis of your measurements, weight, and photos. Based on this data, a strategy is created to fit your body and routine, ensuring maximum effectiveness and results.
After registering through the form below, you will receive an initial questionnaire. Based on your answers and after payment for the chosen package, your plan will be created and the coaching will begin, with regular assessments throughout the process.
Coaching begins after payment and submission of all required information, including the initial questionnaire, photos, measurements, and weight. The plan is created within 1 to 5 business days. After delivery, you are given 4 days to organize and adapt, with coaching officially starting on the fifth day.
Yes. You will have continuous support to clarify any questions and track your progress throughout the process. On assessment days, you will be asked for feedback on the plan, as well as data such as fasting weight and measurements. Photos may also be requested to analyze body composition.
Assessments are carried out periodically to analyze your body’s response and make any necessary adjustments to the plan, according to your progress, ensuring consistent results. Dates are scheduled via WhatsApp.
